Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of three years of experience working in a higher ed environment
• Previous experience with Colleague Student System is highly preferred
• Formal training experience is preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Dedication to excellence in customer service
• Hands-on experience with database queries and reporting functions desired

This positions requires 80% travel in the U.S. Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a corporate credit card and a driver's license.
