I believe there are a small number of members who are used to getting their way and being treated like they have special rights. They aren't going to stand in line, share or take their turn--much less will they accept being told "no". A few of the directors and volunteer leaders are requiring them to behave and they are pitching a fit about it. It's hard not to chuckle over wrinkled, gray-haired adults behaving like three-year-old children.
